IB French A: Literature is a Group 1 subject in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). It explores literary works from different periods, forms, and cultures, with a strong focus on critical analysis, textual interpretation, and developing understanding of cultural perspectives through literature.
The course is available at Standard Level (SL, 150 teaching hours) and Higher Level (HL, 240 teaching hours), with first assessment in 2013.
